@Peter *********
thanks for helping Peter. When I apply for the yearly extension and go under consideration for 30 days is that a walk in/first come first served deal? Or a pre booked appointment. (I’m out of the city in Nonthaburi)

Hi Todd. Thanks for getting back to me about this, and thanks for clearing up some errors in my question.

This all sounds good. So under my time estimate. I’ll get the 30 day under consideration stamp on May 26th. (This I do at my local immigration office? Do I make an appointment in advance? Or just turn up as early as possible and join the queue.)

The year extension linked in date would then be June 24th. (presuming all is approved, which it should be.)

So the home visit is a surprise drop in? Or they give you a date, because as you mention, I plan to travel away for 3 of 30 days, so I would notify them of this and they would hopefully be ok with working around that?

Many thanks again for your help.

thank you Brandon, yes, it was your second paragraph I was asking about. Sorry if I didn’t make that clear.

Being able to enter and leave and re-enter during my first 60 days of my Non O, then being stationary in Thailand while I wait for the marriage visa approval.

I think you’ve cleared that up. But just for the sense of super clarity. I can enter on a single entry Non O 90 day visa and leave and come back in the first 60 days (if needed) as long as I get a re-entry permit. Correct?

Thanks again for helping 🙏🏽
