sure if you’re a member of this group that don’t exist back then or of it said the first page was even an application . There was no indication it was even part of an application . Just a contact form on webpage . Said nothing else.

Canadian but it was just a standard looking form , name Emil address phone for basic contact info on the first page of the website . No indication of having to match passport or that was even going to be part of the offical application . Next page was upload document and what is your passport number . It was the first week of DTV though . Forms is better now

Yup , my 20,000baht app in Vancouver was rejected for leaving my middle name off the first line where is said : Name________

Not first , middle last ,…..just name.

Apparently that part was supposed to match the passport.

They have since made it more clear ….but no refund for me…..so I spend my money in Vietnam instead . So there

I was denied in Canada for 20,000 baht …..now trying Cambodia in a few weeks I think .
