Anonymous participant 683 I have bank account with Bangkok bank, they have never bothered me, I have been on Tourist visa, retirement visa, tourist visa again, DTV visa now. All this nonsense of banks closing accounts is false information.

I just signed for TrueWallet and my account was activated few days ago I used my passport info page only, they have not asked what type of visa I have.

The public hospitals are and extremely affordable almost free, if someone cannot afford treatment in public hospitals then frankly should not travel and home, therefore I don’t see any value of medical insurance. Pay out of pocket private hospital or public hospitals

4 things are expected of you to be ready to show as soon as you step in front of the IO : passport, Boarding pass, TDAC, DTV visa.

Thailand immigration does recognise crypto as a currency or value, so try to avoid investing in crypto, immigration has the right to ask you at border entry to demonstrate financial fitness, do not show or mention crypto, this is synonymous with fraud and scam in Thailand
