If it’s a 90 day non o you can get a re entry permit BUT you will only get stamped back in until the end of those 90days. If it’s a 1yr extension get a re entry and you will be stamped in until the last date of the 1yr extension

It’s all online, then you make an appointment for biometrics for her in Bangkok where they can copy and translate any documents not uploaded in the application. At biometrics only she will be able to go in the room and hand the paperwork in.

You might not get the 7 day get out of Thailand stamp, it’s at their discretion. Worst case you will be arrested taken to a holding centre and on the day of your flight securely escorted to the plane. An IDC makes the Bangkok Hilton look posh

There won’t be an option before long, it is thought that when extending your visa you WILL get a Thai tax number and have to report worldwide income such as pensions, dividends, capital gains. Thailand has signed up to Common Reporting Standards meaning they are able to access your tax records and bank accounts abroad.
