Yes a savings account each bank is different try BKK bank. They seem to be the easiest they do have requirements. I suggest you take a friend who speaks Thai with you it’ll help you a lot.

Sorry my friend you’ll never get her into that country and you don’t want to anyway she will be destroyed. If you try she is absolutely on the dangerous animals list they simply won’t permit it.
