Thanks Tod! Still working on my extension as I just got the 90 days Visa last week. However, I am not worry about the extension as I know I have everything in order and all will be good 👍

Thank you! And how often will she have to submit that TM30 form? Just once or every 3 months?

The tm30 that was file was matching with thw address in the lease (wrong one).

In order to get the TM30 fix, I assume that the lease needs to be fixed first properly not just scratch the address with a pen?

Yeah...we should have paid more attention.. however trust this lady and think that it was a genuine mistake. She lives right across us and we see each other daily 😁

Hi Val! We encountered the same issue as you in regards to the insurance. We even called the embassy about that and they just sent us to some link where we can purchase the insurance so we contacted the insurance companies and every one was offering us for 1 year instead of 3 months, which doesn't make any sense because the 1 year insurance is for OA visa applicants not for the Non-O (90 days). Anyway, we ended up getting a different insurance on our own for only 90 days (the name is Blue Cross), and this satisfied them.
