I opened a bank Accnt thru Bangkok Bank in Chang Mai . At the time I was staying in a condo for 3 months . The manager registered my stay @ the Immigration & I had a copy of the contract . I took that to the Immigration , got my letter of residence . I paid 500 baht and the next day I took that form to the bank .
I used a thai visa agent in Bangkok . Its a reputable company , theyre on FB , theyre on Line . They're responsive , speak English & great customer service . I'll send you their contact # if you want .
Save yourself the hassle & use an agent to do the retirèrent visa & if you need assistance in converting a tourist visa into a non 0 visa they'll help with that you . That is one option
My friend is a nurse and works with dementia . Families put their loved ones in a care center . Dementia is full time job , she needs to go to a care center . Some of her dementia patients are violent .
Live and learn , we all get scam at one point or another . I almost got scammed the other day . I got a text from USPS that my mail was not being delivered & something about my address is off and that I need to log in and eventually they want me to pay 30 cents to re deliver . I contacted the post office and they said they never send out text messages . Scammers are clever and how they know my phone number and that yes I did place a replacement card with my credit card company . You are correct in exposing them .
