The computer seems to run the show.

It rejected my screen shoot from my mobile bank app that has bank name, my name, date and balance.

I sent a print screen printed to pdf that has the same information today. I used my laptop…..

Hopefully the computer can read that.

This is not the first report of name error between the passport data page and the boxes for entering your name.

Last week a guy reported a zero being substituted for an O .

The machine could not read my passport data page and I’m asked to resubmit that document.

So maybe the problem is with their scanning the passport data page.

Do it soon rather than later.

It’s quite popular and the requirements are getting tougher.

Ok I got an email this afternoon.

They could not read the bio data page of the passport.

They did not like the screenshot of my bank app.

They want a copy of my business registration and tax return.

This is actually good, because a human being is looking at my application.

Presumably It will be easier to upload the information this time.

They also have a Facebook page and might respond to POLITE queries.
