Don't bother with stupid visa, just keep using exemptions and extensions you'll be good for 90 days + 60 days every year IF YOU WANT. There's also a lot of other nice places to visit...

it's not about a number of days, it's about the number of entries and extensions, new limit is 2 entries per year, plus 1 extension (30 days). But they will not enforce strictly for people who don't actually live here, like if you go out 3+ months you can enter again (from immigration in DMK 2 hrs ago).

You might want to check that again. I did that a few days ago and to my surprise remitly was actually much cheaper than wise overall.

Ok, but that's not a legal requirement. You declare (and pay govt. fee for) 2M capital but you don't have to actually pay it.

4 TH employees per farang work permit is indeed a requirement (but only 2 TH employees if work permit applicant is married to a TH national).
