no sense to it. Even non paid volunrary work requires a work permit apparently.

What are some reliable sources for checking airlines currently flying from Bangkok to the EU?

Try Eva air. They have been flying direct to lhr all through the crisis and had a flight on Sundays last I heard. Embassy have stopped posting info.

But I can not currently do a run. If I could I would not have a problem. It appears that my particular immigration office will not allow me to convert to O in country. Maybe Udon Thani will?

do you not understand that for those 3 months it has not been possible for some people to get their affairs in order and it still isn't.

I have tried for 6 weeks to open a bank account but have been refused every time in spite of showing proof of funds available. At least 9 different branches of different banks.
