I think you mean the TM 30 Residents certificate to be able to open a bank acc./buy a car/get a Thai drivers license. It just tells where you stay in Thailand. Every time you move to a new place the landlord should rapport it to Immigration with a TM 30 application.

Is the Fast Track service at Bangkok's BKK airport worth it for expeditious entry?

I arrived yesterday at BKK airport at 3 PM. Took me not more then 90 minutes to go trough immigration/get my luguage/import my dog/change some money and activate my Thai mobile again. Start the Thai live. Relax
