As much as I think Foriegn Worker and Foriegn Ownership restrictions are a smart admirable thing for the Thai people especially when I think of a hoard of one million Chinese buying up the whole country effectively making Thais slaves in their own country I wish they would give foreigner an easier long term path here . I've seen my australia sold out from under us so I don't know what the answer is . I'd like to invest more in thailand but as the saying goes don't put in more than you can afford to lose .

Everyone has a plan and advise for when you deal with immigration but it's not until you get there in the day that you will see if your plan works out the easy way or a more difficult route . Creative interpretation of rules creating a problem where there was none to then in turn create a solution for you .
