DTV_Begpacker I paid 500 Baht for the agency to do for me. I live in the country and I would spend much more money in transportation if I would go in person to the immigration. I do not regret. 🙂 Some Farangs spend 500 Bath in many others things. Why do not spend 500 with a good agency to do the work for you? Ps. I live in Isaan area, and most of the immigrations here are moving far from the downtown of the cities (Kalasin, Undon Thani, Khon Kaen....)

How much did you pay to the agent?

I think you should put "Embassy of France - Bangkok". I am Brazilian and my passport was issued in Yangon Myanmar. I put "Embassy of Brazil - Yangon - Myanmar".

I paid in Brazil BRL 2,000. About 12,200 Baht. I think it's fair.

Usually when this happens you go to immigration fill this form (link) and bring the required documents. But I never saw someone with DTV experienced this. Maybe better go to an immigration office to ask.

Place of Issue: DPF - Federal Police Department - Sao Paulo - Brazil

In my application, Place of issue, I put "Brazilian Embassy Yangon - Myanmar".

It was approved.

Acho que tradução juramentada para o inglês seja o necessário, não mais que isso. Agora, se tiver como, aplica no Brasil para evitar um processo mais longo e custoso. Apliquei meu DTV em setembro do ano passado no Brasil. Levou menos de 24 horas para ser aprovado. A embaixada lá tem menos demanda para DTV. Fora que você não precisa traduzir documentos, embora eu tenha traduzido alguns. Apliquei para Digital Nomad.
