The agents require nothing but up front money to facilitate your visa or visa exempt. Again, give it a try. Then you will be aware

no, it’s not seen to be ‘abusing’ the system. You and I both know people doing it for YEARS. Things always change. But if you pay attention, nothing has changed. If they wanted to limit the number of entries, they would. Clearly they leave the gate open. Until they change that, nothing material changes in spite of the few regular trouser soilers you see here. Who clearly have never used an agent or border bounce agency, or fasttrack services. Options abound. People just need to pay attention to the situation as it slowly evolves

if it looks like that, they will do their job and question you. If you have the answers, proof of accom, money and a ticket out.. you will have no problems/

If you have a dodgy history already, obviously use and agency for border bounce or get FastTrack services at airport
