i am in the uk now but will head to europe for 3 months and be back a week before heading to thailand. hopefully can apply now and leave for thailand in 3.5 months. awaiting response from embassy but they have in the past just given generic replies and links with no further info

i will be leaving in 3 months and 1 week... but going overseas until then with only a few days back home so should i apply now and just arrive over the 3 months? put a date under 3 months on the DTV application and "change my mind" once issued?

where does it say this? they suggest not applying 3 months+ before your intended flight to thailand but not seen anywhere say you must travel within 3 months of applying...

i suspect that this may work. it is basically working remotely managing investments. im the same, but also have an affiliate website so can use that too and show income from that. if the investments alone not good enough, perhaps buy an affiliate website. may even make a bit extra $$!
