I sent a book from the Us, Missouri last year, less than a pound 40$. No cheap way that I know of. It took two and one half weeks. You also have to declare what’s in it. If I hadn’t already spent money on the book and packaged it as light as possible, I would not have sent it.

let’s think out of the box for a moment. In the past many travelers had no insurance and stuck Thailand with the tap. Pack packers fir instance. Many foreign travelers do have insurance at home but not good in other countries. Insurance will probably continue-into the future, even when normalcy occurs. Unless they can document policies that cover other countries.
