How can Germans living in Thailand get assistance?

In my experience, the Germans are the only ones who cannot adapt in Thailand and who also speak derogatory things about the Thais even though they live there. I find something like that very racist and, above all, disrespectful. But when it comes to racism and rudeness, Germany is known all over the world. 😉
