I spent days and days looking at various sites and waiting for emails back yesterday I went on Agoda and booked my hotel in 30 minutes and that includes the time I spent comparing other hotels and prices.
Get a new one from the Thai visa centre 34,000 baht in all for the 3 months then after they get you a year. Google them I think they are closing their Facebook account
