 Thai Consulate General, Penang, Malaysia. Just asked me a few questions as I included my wife as dependent. There was no queue. I came there and submitted documents. Then visa officer came and asked me why did I require DTV instead of Non O.?

One of my friends has obtained DTV in Singapore and his wife and son applied in Yangon, Myanmar. They both obtained DTV without any issues.

His wife didn't even have proof of funds but sponsorship letter is done for them.
