So a 90 day single entry 'o' visa .. would that then allow me to stay 60 + 30 days .. on a U.K. Passport??

just remember.. nothing is stopping you from applying for a new visa.. and solicitors are there to help. .. personally I don't think you have a good enough reason to be allowed another visa just yet, but then I am not a specialist solicitor.. if you are granted a visa.. then there is not reason why they shouldn't allow you entry into the country.
