1 time you can extend for 30 days, than up to you to do a border run and maybe refuse to enter Thailand again.

Take an appropriate visa if you want to stay longer.🙏

You can first try to do it online. Important is that your TM30 has the exact same adress than what you fill-in.

You can submit 15 days prior due date (day one is arrival date!).

If you haven't get you eVisa prior departure, flight-in with visa exemption 30 days. You could get another 30 days at immigration.

When you get your eVisa you have to exit Thailand and re-enter to activate for 12 months your visa.

The eVisa is valid 1 year when emitted, so you have time (max 60 days: day 1 is arrival date) to do the in-out with your visa-exemption and eVisa.

Have a print-out of the PDF eVisa and medical insurance certificate.

Good luck🙏

When going out and back before visa expire, you need to show a new medical insurance certificate for 1 year to get the 12 months.

how many days with overstay you can still get a 30 exemption stamp? Guess you don't get a 30 day exemption with overstay not from bank holidays?
Wolf ******
All depends where you have to do your extension.

Each BI has is own requirements.

Ask your landlord to fill a new TM30 and handout a copy.

90 reports due when you enter Thailand. Attention, day 1 is your re-entry stamp

after you deposit the first 800k (coming from outside Thailand), same procedure. You start after 90 day the 2nd year for Non O-A (800k 2 months before and 3 months after extension and then not under 400k). I have a second deposit account with 800k and dont touch it. I use my saving accounts for virements and transfer of THB from my home country.

you need only show the requirement of 800k 2 months before first extension for 1 year. For the second year, you need to show not less than 800k during 3 months after 1 year extension, not under 400k after and 800k 2 months before 2nd extension. (This is for a visa non O-A outside Thailand).

The money you use to live, you could transfer at your wish.
