If you change your passport to a new one and successfully transfer your extension of stay to the new one, does your first 90day report have to be in person after the change? For some reason my online report with the new passport was rejected for "no record found".

TLDR : Answer Summary
After changing your passport and transferring your extension of stay, you are required to report in person for your first 90-day report. Online reporting is not supported if there has been a change of passport.

yes, you have to do the first 90 day report with a new passport in person. It is clearly stated that "The online service do NOT support if:

โ€“ There have been a change of new passport."
