I sadly know... And I think I will do in just one day, because is anyway more convenient to go 2 times...

That's mean I have to apply by myself at immigration, right?

in my case: I had a regular ED visa, I had money in cash and accounts, I was calm and collaborative.

Denied with for the same reason: no fund.

No one asked me to show the money.

After the officer stamp me the deny and I asked them what the hell they wrote, I show them the money and the bank account balance on my phone.

The answer:”sorry sorry, the officer already decided. Take it easy”

That thing cost me almost 2000€ and 2 days on reclusion.

I think is totaly outside any international law and I don’t understand why no one investigate about that.

then I have to do: extention, 90 day reporting and re-entry permit 😅 will be a long day at Wang Chattana!!!

You mean I should do the re-entry directly in Immigration when I extend the visa?

Or I have to require the re-entry permit at airport with the school documents?
