Hello everyone! Someone experienced troubles with Non-ED re-entry stamp? (Single)
Iโm actually (sincerely) studying thai language and I have my Non-ED visa that I got in Laos 3 months ago.
In April I have to go in Italy to support my mother for a surgery for 20 days.
All the rumors about educational visa make me afraid...
thank you for the replies and for all the advice and suggestions in this group

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post raises concerns about potential problems with a Non-ED visa and re-entry stamp, particularly in relation to traveling to Italy for a family surgery. The user seeks reassurance and advice regarding the implications of their current visa, especially in light of rumors affecting educational visas.
Are you still on the first 90 days Admitted to Stay or did you already applied for the Extension of Stay at Immigration? What is your Admitted to Stay or permitted up to date stamped in your passport and on which day you plan to come back into Thailand?
, all you need to do is get your extension THEN buy a re-entry permit. When you get the first extension you will get a paper telling you when your 90 day report is due
You won't need to file a 90 day report when you get your first extension.
thank you very much!! I really appreciate your advice!

Ask your school a letter to confirm your absence due to family reasons, apply for the Extension of Stay with the normal documents from the school, if stamped into your passport directly apply for the re-entry permit and use the letter from your school to show they agreed.
