i agree, that site is built by some monkey. In example, you're not allowed to fill the field for the flight number or you will fail. You also need to know in what time frame you're eligible to report online. It's open for you only from day 15 to 7 before due date. If you than once did it, it's easy going.

Probably you can fly in. Probably your wife needs a travel permit to enter Bangkok. A pick up from Hotel isn't really a hard reason to enter a dark red zone, but that might change within the next 14 days
