I will go in person. No, there is no information. I just can't believe that it takes about same time as SETV and should take not more than 1 week. It's South Korea and they don't issue METV for Koreans as I know.

I apply in the country of my residence. I already contacted the embassy with a list of required documents. Don't want bother them with 3rd call.
