What can I do if my employer dismissed me after working illegally in Thailand without a work permit?

I wish I knew more about that but under my understanding, if you have a contract, that shows that you were not willing to work illegally. Its his responsability to apply for his workers work permit.

I would ask a lawyer in person, show your evidences, seek his advice and act according to that.

Hope it goes well and at least stop the cunt.

If you have his written word (emails, messages, ect) then you could have some grounds to do something.

All and all, tricky situation and as others already said might be best to walk away.

First time I hear about it as if you are not born on Thai soil or have Thai parents seems to be pretty impossible to get it.

Please would you mind sharing which way exactly you can get it as a foreigner?

I have tons of married foreign friends here in Thailand, none of them seems to be able to get it.
