Is the T8 form for Thailand a scam?

Form T8 is a free online download to complete yourself for airline check in and arrival and it is not a health declaration form. Although at the end it does ask if u r displaying certain symptoms. Here you go. I will 'process' it, whatever that means, for just $10....lol:

I was going to suggest the same., or any other online doctor. When required for a visa in the UK a couple of years ago I simply had my GP sign it. It just needs a doctor's signature and their licence number, neither of which will be checked by anyone on the evisa website or anywhere else.

You are not making it any clearer by saying ' rules are take test and get results within 72 hours'! Which was it for Sandbox? 72hrs from 'take test' or 72hrs from 'get results'???
