Can I use my house in Thailand as proof of residency when applying for a DTV?

You can get “certificate of residency” at immigration and only that you need for that is TM30 form you can make it yourself literally on any address in Thailand (of a rented house or condo). But for DTV it’s not needed anyway. Usually this certificate needed when you buy a car/bike or making temporary Thai documents like Thai driving license or foreigner Pink ID.
