yes and they only refunded me 75%. They kept 25% for the paperwork they prepared, although I’d agreed with the charge previously.

This was the letter dated 11th August from the ministry of education to immigration, requesting that they begin to issue Ed visas in country. This has not been approved.

I paid for an Ed visa 2 weeks ago from a company advertising. They stated at the time that they were 99% certain Ed visas would be available soon. Yesterday they refunded me.

they told me yesterday that no Ed visas are being issued. I do not know of any agencies currently offering Ed visas.
