Think u are getting the non oa.

For medical cert. Go to thai embassy web there is a medical form which u need to take to yr doctor to test for tje disease and get sign off.

Medical insurance, go to AXA web Thailand they have insurance especially for non oa visa.

Non criminal record, go to fbi web, (you have to dig in their site) download the form, select the place for lifescan. Take the form and do the lifescan results should be available in days. I got mine non criminal letter before i got home. I had my scan @ a fedex center.

The officer uses their cam to take digital ones, and its 100B on top or the permit fee.
