Andy Peecpfc Youknowme only my old location in sriracha. Now in Hau Hin and here it’s not required. Best part by doing the online reporting is the immigration office remind you to complete the next one

They know when they see the bank book so strange . If you do the the 90 day on line they won’t know !! Different offices have different requests. In Sriracha I have to update my bank book three months after my visa .

Peter H Bates ok I had one for a few years then decided to change so I maintain B800 k . My neighbor has a married visa and has never been visited!! It’s luck of the draw

Peter H Bates married to a Thai is B400 k nearly the same process but your need photographs of you both inside and outside the registered property. The immigration might also visit you at home !! Not often I agree. I can’t remember if this amount is fixed for the year .

Graham Seal Thailand retirement visas (Non-Immigrant O or O-A) are available to individuals aged 50 and over, requiring either a bank deposit of 800,000 THB, a monthly income of 65,000 THB, or a combination. These one-year, non-working visas require 90-day reporting, health insurance (for O-A), and can be renewed annually.

Graham Seal no it doesn’t. You can choose. When you apply for a new visa you need to show the bank statements showing international transfers for the 12 months. Them no need for the 800k. My Australian friends just show the monthly transfer only
