Yes, and it seems to me like they want you to maintain that balance for the duration of the visa. I wouldn't be surprised if they ask to see updated statements when applying for an extension or entering again in the future. I'm just going to mantain that balance while maintaining this visa

I thought this was all still just a proposal, and people were freaking out because it is not yet clarified. From my understanding, there have been no changes yet to the official tax laws.

 No Thai GF. I am strongly considering returning to my semi-nomadic lifestyle until I'm 50+ 😅. There are lots of great options in SEA to spend time, that's for sure
