regarding the statements, they must be on headed paper and most importantly, stamped and signed by the bank. Print off from laptop etc is not acceptable.

Tuk there are agents around and probably the easiest way to find one is to actually go into Bangkok Bank and ask.

Daniel Djakovic AIA. Had one claim of over 600kTHB for prostate cancer radio therapy. Paid out no problem. 11 days in another private hospital. Paid out no problem. Son has had 2 minor ops and the odd couple of nights in hospital for viral infections. All paid out with no problems

I am 70, the wife 49 and the son is now 6. All the premiums have remained the same for the past 5 years.

All of my family are insured with AIA. Reasonably priced and most importantly, no quibbles over claims. Very good service.

Did you put your passport number on the application? If so, I doubt you can get a new one before approval.

If you renew it after and have been admitted on the old passport then you will have no problems afterwards. Just a case of going to Immigration to get the stamps transferred to the new one.

Stuart Chiverton yes, but where was your TM30 registered. In the new province? Then no problem. Problem only arises when you go to an IO when you do not have a TM30 for that office.
