I applied Sunday night, yesterday they asked for additional documents which I uploaded about an hour ago and went to pending approval. I am currently in Hanoi as well.

Well for starters do you have the required 500k baht in an account? I recently saw someone get approved for treatment through zen clinic I think it was in Pattaya. You could apply for the DTV under that if you have the required money to show.

Im 40 and retired applying for my DTV now. An agent told me apply again after the first 5 years so I came get to the age for the retirement visa. They werent able to provide anything that says that would be possible but also theres nothing saying its not.
