a number of ways but easier to keep simple. Land = Thai. House or similar = Foreigner. Then there grey areas = rent is easy and flexibility

Similar, and at end was caused by me at my end.

Openning mail I down loaded edge as recommended.

They wouldn't let it through sanctification. Wise stopped it as fraud etc.

Resolved by removing Edge. Went through in seconds.

Will address with Edge synchronizing when back off holiday

my understanding Tourist Visa but not Destination Tourist Visa.

Aren't they the same? As only previously place on entry card ~ Residential address whilst in Thailand. Later the TM30 requirement.
