correct , that Fit to Fly certificate was accepted by all parties( 2 ) in Sydney , and upon arrival in BKK ...just make sure your covid swab/test is a RT/PCR and that the Doctor writes it somewhere on his report....just replicate mine ....
I told my doctor it didn’t look like everyone else’s on the the internet and he insisted that it was all I needed, I called the practice once I arrived in Thailand and told him that it was wrong and I want my money back
