Can I change my hotel reservation for Phuket to just 1 night and still use the same Certificate of Entry (COE)?

Phuket is on the list of blue zones. They talking about 17 provinces. So 15 new and Phuket and Surat Thani. Blue zone is the extension of sandbox with a new name. I would recommend to check the Thailandpass System after the 1st November.

Do I need to quarantine if I travel from Bangkok to Buriram, or can I pay for a test instead?

Do you come from ASQ? If you stayed already in ASQ you have to show this documents on airport, then no problem. If you not come from ASQ directly, then you have to make a Rapid Antigen test on airport, 600 baht.

Where can I find a clinic in Sao Paulo to obtain a Fit to Fly certificate in English for a flight to Thailand?

Download the document from the Thai Airways website and take this with you to a clinic, they only have to stamp and sign it. Important is the date and the words fit to flight on the document.

Sandee school is non-formal school, you can not apply a ed visa with sandee school, I also searched very long time but I not found a school
