 it doesn't. It's free. It's just an online version of the little card you used to fill out on the plane couple years ago.

Do all your import documents in advance. Same as everyone bringing their dog. I'm sure no one cares what reason you have a dog.

 it's 60 days no visa with UK passport. Just do the DTAC arrival card with your travel info before landing. Though you can do it at the airport, that wastes time.
