I have a friend from Hong Kong with UOB for 20 years and they say the same. I suppose I just got used to Citi after 25 years! Best bank I have ever been with.

UOB took over my account from CitiBank and since then it has been nothing but grief.

The staff are great, most helpful but the are kneecapped by the obsessive systems imposed by Singapore. Those staff taken over from CitiBank agree!

Every time I login to online banking there is a notice of impending shutdown of one system or another for maintenance. In my opinion Bangkok Bank are a better option.

, read the post. He is on LTR which is a 10 year visa so no extension of stay income required.

No problem. My wife had same problem last month returning from KL. The immigration officer just asked for address which in her case was printed on her Thai driving licence. Just have an address written out and hand it over.

, sounds like you used a site impersonating TH immigration, there are lots of them for every country in the world. You think you have gone to the government site but a small change to the URL takes you to their "pay' site. Happened to me many years ago when applying for an online visa for Australia. They wanted £50 for something that was free!

It's on my driving licence. I am wondering if my LTR visa number triggered an "address not required" response?

, understood. The printed copy shows blank fields which proves it is their error as I should not have been able to proceed with submission.
