laugh at people using correct terminology so mistakes aren't made? Very strange attitude. But if being wrong and misleading people pleases you, that's your choice.

not "hung up" on it. It makes a difference to accurate advice to say if you have a visa, NO visa, or are on a passport that receives visa on arrival of 15 days. You may prefer using the wrong words, that's up to you. No need to get angry and defensive.

You're not on a visa. Or visa on arrival. You entered without a visa for a 60 day entry. Look up long term visa types. .

you need to look more closely at the application form instead of just assuming it's all because of one black woman employee. They've said insufficient information, so increase the information given.
