thanks Ellie. Can I just ask a follow up question. In regards to Q2. Once we have the SETV from Penang will he be able to extend this another 30days?

Q3 yes we will leave the country again. Do you think there would any issue with him entering visa exempt for the last 3-4 weeks. He has proof of flight out.

The initial visa issued in Australia is valid until 3 Aug 2022 and the entry stamp says until 26 Aug 2022.
