If you have non immigrant visa and other requirements fulfilled then you can ship your household items here tax free and vehicles need import permit etc and you pay crazy taxes. Resuming citizen can import one used vehicle too if you're married? Importer has 18months owning rule if remember right my own case but I forget that because you get better car here cheaper. My first two landlords here got fined from immigration because they didn't do it in time here chonburi.. Yes immigration officers told I need to do it but my landlords sign my papers where they stated they will do tm30 for foreigners living this place. When I have done 90 day imm off just told me to do it my self because address is wrong.. Lucky I can do it in future because I own my house🙏
