If you do in country extensions a paid up course is required.

If you exit and re-enter then currently there are no checks on requirements.

TM30 needs to be done within 24hrs of arrival at your residence.

Anonymous participant you need to do it as you will have been in the Kingdom for 90 consecutive days on 29th Aug. Just because you are allowed to report late doesn’t mean you can ignore it.

No as it is irrelevant. You can legally live long term in Thailand and never have a tax filing requirement.
