may I ask... will a regular tourist visa work? I keep reading that you need to have more than 60 days on your visa, is this true or should I get an STV?
oh, so I might be able to do it in the US before I guess leave? Does it prove my residency here in the states? I thought it had to be where you're living when you go to driving school in Thailand?
Ahh, thanks! My problem is it's too late in the year to get a motorcycle license in my state in the US and they won't give me an IDP unless I have my motorcycle license already and today was literally the last day to get it and there were no appointments available.
John Bohill sorry, can or can't? I thought you had to have a motorcycle license in your home country then get an international driver permit which is just an extension of your car or motorcycle or both
