I'm from USA. I have escaped winter in north America for the last 29 years by snow bird to Thailand. I'm here in snow and winter in USA this year. I've been trying to keep track of Thailand travel for USA passport. If I were you I'd skip Thailand this year. Go to Mexico or Nicaragua or Costa Rica. Thailand will be screwed up for quite a while

I thought it over. I'm 63 and been traveling Asia for 40+ years. Yeah back then everyone ran out of money! At the end of the trip we were broke. Nowadays even 20 year olds have plenty of money

I've landed in Bangkok like 30 times and never heard of this

yes, keep us posted. Eva air canceled my ticket to Seattle USA, but they emailed me and said that my flight was canceled but the ticket is still valid. They said I have to go to the ticket counter (Suvarubumi in Bangkok?) and they will assign a ticket there. There doesnt seem to be a way to get a seat by internet or telephone that I have discovered yet. Their website shows them selling tickets to Seattle USAon May 3, who knows if that will happen may 3 or not. I am on an island now
