I did 90 days. I extended at local immigration 60 plus 30. When I left to do a border bounce I was pulled into another room and quizzed by immigration officials. But I was already advised beforehand to apply online for the E visa which is what I did. It seems immigration does not like tourists trying to get more than 90 days anymore for free. It only cost 1000 baht and I got another 60 day stamp. Now I can stay another 90 days with another immigration stamp

Just apply to the consulate embassy and pay 1000 baht and enter Thailand and get another 60 days

Yes it's a little difficult. Search for "legalization MFA" on the home page you should see a message moving across the screen. At the end of this message there is another web address to click into . After you click scroll the the bottom of the screen and press confirm. Should take you to the booking screen. Let me know how you get on. I can send you a link when I get home from my laptop

When you pay your money you get a receipt and on the top right hand corner there's a QR code where you can check your status and see if you're approved beforehand

Go to Chaeng watthana road. There is a train station outside called Government Complex. You need to go online and book an appointment. There are translation services here at 400 baht a document. I am waiting to pick mine up now which has been approved already. First you give them all the documents including the translations.then you pay another 400 baht for each document again.then you must wait and pick up the approved legal documents on the 3rd day
