@Len ******
I live in Phuket and currently there are no international flights directly in you have to do your ASQ in Bangkok and upon completion fly to Phuket, I would know because I am currently on my last two days in quarantine... so speaking from experience

Might be faster process if you extend it in Phuket I fly the end of the week soon as I get out of quarantine

Hmm some where along the way you did not read into all the requirements it states it all plainly I booked my ASQ and my plane ticket and entered all the info on the website in less than 30 min flew internationally into the US from abroad prior to arrival I received the email to mail all documents into the embassy the morning after arriving in the US I printed all documents organized them and even went and got passport photos overnighted via UPS on the 11 my document were received on the 14th and Visa was issued on the 23 the only hiccup was UPS purposefully not scanning my express packing in because it would disrupt Xmas shopping for the delivery person my so for about 6 days I was sweating but I had also planned my next steps if my documents did arrive and on the 29 they arrived I booked my ticket to Cali set my appoint for my fit to fly to be after I accomplished my Covid test on the 30th and work up on the 30 had to call around to find a travel clinic found one got my RT-PCR test done and fit to fly done shortly after and was on a plane the next day. I allowed my self 21 days and got it all done in that time frame piss poor planning leads to zero results great planning allows for flexibility it says allow 15 business days and you clearly didn’t take into account all factors and read and understand the embassy website

John Monk I was able to get it done in NC but to simplify the process download the app QuickMD they can do your Fit to Fly also look for location in your area that specializes in travel vaccinations in my case it was Arcpoints.. I recieved my passport back 48hrs before I flew so on the date it arrived I had to book my ticket to Cali and foolishly I thought the location near me was processing with a fast turn around no 2-3 days and it was not the correct test after 45 min of calling around the immediate area I googled travel vaccination clinic or labs And easily booked an appoint at a location 45min away without even calling drive there did the test an hour later received my results I schedule my fit to fly on QuickMD for 75$ the day prior

ARCpoint labs got my RT-PCR RESULTS IN 1hr and did my fit to fly later that evening started my travel the next day

Goggle travel vaccination location in your area also down load the app QuickMD and do your fit to fly via video call for 75$ but after you have done you RT-PCR TEST
