What should I do if my Certificate of Entry (COE) has been rejected multiple times while trying to travel to Phuket for ASQ?Answered

I have my ASQ in Phuket (via Agoda)on Feb 18. Flying from San Francisco to Singapore, then direct to Phuket. My COE has been rejected 3 times. Any recommendations would be great!
