Can I extend my visa while in Phuket and what are the requirements for doing so?

Do it till 28.1 and you might get 60 day

Might be faster process if you extend it in Phuket I fly the end of the week soon as I get out of quarantine

Depends on the immigration office. For some, it can be 30 days before the stamp (NOT THE VISA) expires, and for others it's 45 days.

As of now, If you wait until the end of the week to go to Phuket from Bangkok you will be required to do another 14 days of quarantine, but this time self-quarantine, and they will track you. If you leave for Phuket as soon as you get out of quarantine, and have your documents they give you from quarantine, you will not have to do more quarantine, but you must immediately transit to Phuket. You can not even wait an extra day. Be fully aware of this new requirement that went into effect Friday.

You do the extension in the area you have filed your latest TM30. Phuket allows extensions for long term visa up to 45 days prior to expiry.
